Postponement of Subcommittee Hearing on
Penalty and Interest Provisions in the
Internal Revenue CodeTuesday, November 9, 1999

Congressman Amo Houghton (R-NY), Chairman of the Subcommittee on Oversight of the Committee on Ways and Means, today announced that the Subcommittee hearing on the penalty and interest provisions in the Internal Revenue Code, scheduled for Tuesday, November 9, 1999, at 3:00 p.m., in room B-318 of the Rayburn House Office Building, has been postponed and will be rescheduled at a later date.
