Protecting Social Security from Fraud and Abuse

Bipartisan Social Security Bill Moves Forward in Subcommittee

WASHINGTON - Tomorrow, Chairman E. Clay Shaw, Jr. (R-FL) and the Subcommittee on Social Security will take a step to help protect beneficiaries.

The Subcommittee has scheduled a markup of H.R. 4070, “The Social Security Program Protection Act of 2002.”

The meeting will be held in Room B-318 Rayburn House Office Building on Thursday, April 25, at 9:30 a.m.
