Thomas to Unveil American Competitiveness Act of 2002

Lawmakers Discuss Bill on Competitiveness, Corporate Inversions and Tax Shelters

WASHINGTON - Today, key sponsors will unveil the American Competitiveness Act of 2002 in a news conference. This bill will make necessary adjustments to the Tax Code in order to increase the competitiveness of U.S. businesses.

** Immediately following the press conference will be a technical briefing hosted by Ways and Means committee staff in H-137 to discuss details of the bill.**
