Democrats Reveal the Same Old Tax and Spend Routine

"Democrats argue that they aren't tax and spend liberals anymore," said Ways and Means Committee Chairman Bill Thomas (R-CA). "But with Democrats like Ted Kennedy, Tom Daschle, Dick Gephardt, Hillary Clinton and Charlie Rangel calling for tax hikes and spending increases, they're returning to the same old tax and spend routine." 

"House Republicans have successfully fought to reduce the heavy tax burden on Americans, and we will not allow Democrats to reverse those victories," Thomas added.
