Healthcare.gov has been described as “glitchy” and “problem-plagued,” or as USA Today called it, an “inexcusable mess.”  Now, media reports reveal that the site cost an estimated $634 million in taxpayer dollars to build, raising the question, was it worth the investment?  Compare for yourself.
