Chairman Pascrell Announces Oversight Subcommittee Hearing with IRS Commissioner
House Ways and Means Oversight Subcommittee Chairman Bill Pascrell, Jr. announced today that the Subcommittee will hold a hearing with the Commissioner of the Internal Revenue Service on Friday, November 20, 2020 beginning at 10:00 AM EST. The hearing will take place in 1100 Longworth House Office Building in addition to being accessible via CISCO Webex.
Pursuant to H. Res. 965, Members are encouraged to participate remotely in this hearing. Members will be provided with instructions on how to participate via the Cisco Webex platform in advance of the hearing. Members of the public may view the hearing via live webcast available at https://waysandmeans.house.gov/. The webcast will not be available until the hearing starts.
In view of the limited time available to hear witnesses, oral testimony at this hearing will be from invited witnesses only. However, any individual or organization not scheduled for an oral appearance may submit a written statement for consideration by the Committee and for inclusion in the printed record of the hearing.
