Small Business to Washington – Still Looking for Tax Reform

Taxes Cited 2:1 as the Most Important Issue Facing Main Street Serves as a Reminder that Enthusiasm for Comprehensive Tax Reform is Strong
January 15, 2013 — The Tax Tracker

A new survey out today from the Job Creators Alliance echoes the call for comprehensive tax reform made by the House, the Senate and the White House.  Amongst the findings, the survey reveals that small businesses identified taxes as “the single most important issue facing small businesses,” with respondents voluntarily citing taxes twice as often as any other issue.

Comprehensive tax reform to make the tax code simpler, fairer and flatter for hardworking taxpayers will help create the paychecks that Americans need.

The most frequently cited issues included:

Taxes   25%
Health Care  11%
Regulations  10%
The Economy  8%
Budget Deficit  7%
