The Committee will consider the following:
Sustaining Healthcare Integrity and Fair Treatment Act (H.R. 5713)
Sponsored by Rep. Pat Tiberi (R-OH)
Provides Long-Term Care Hospitals with essential regulatory relief and closes a program integrity loophole that makes the Medicare, Medicaid, and CHIP programs vulnerable to fraud, waste, and abuse

Expanding Seniors Receiving Dialysis (ESRD) Choice Act of 2016 (H.R. 5659)
Sponsored by Rep. Jason Smith (R-MO)
Expands access to high-quality, affordable health coverage options for Americans suffering from serious kidney illness, known as End Stage Renal Disease or ESRD, by removing a federal restriction that blocks patients with ESRD from enrolling in Medicare Advantage plans.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to exempt amounts paid for aircraft management services from the excise taxes imposed on transportation by air (H.R. 3608)
Sponsored by Rep. Pat Tiberi (R-OH)
Resolves potential ambiguities in the airline ticket tax by codifying the current Internal Revenue Service (IRS) practice regarding the treatment of aircraft management services.

Social Security MAIL Act (H.R. 5320)
Rep. Sam Johnson (R-TX) and Rep. Jim Renacci (R-OH)
Protects Americans from identity loss by requiring the Social Security Administration to remove Social Security Numbers from all mailings unless they are absolutely necessary and justify when the inclusion is necessary.

Equal Treatment of Public Servants Act of 2015 (H.R. 711)
Rep. Kevin Brady (R-TX) and Rep. Richard Neal (D-MA)
Repeals the current Windfall Elimination Provision (WEP) and puts in a proportional formula that calculates benefits using a public servant’s actual earnings history so that all workers are treated fairly.
