Here’s a snapshot of what Rep. Noem and Sen. Gardner had to say about this “once-in-a-generation opportunity” to deliver pro-growth tax reform:
Noem: “… we have a chance to fix it, and I think that’s what’s exciting about this, is that we have focused our policies on growing the economy. But also focused it on helping those lower- and middle-income families that really need the relief right now.”
Gardner: “… the bottom line is putting money in people’s pockets. That’s what it’s about, it’s about growing wages, it’s about growing opportunity, and… what we’ve seen is that tax reform could mean as much as four thousand dollars in wage increases to the average American household. That’s huge.”
