Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer recently told reporters: “Any infrastructure proposal has to be green and cannot be paid for on the backs of working people.” Exactly what we’ve been saying.

President Biden’s plan will destroy jobs, slash wages, raise consumer prices, and ship jobs overseas. He even said he would be willing to do that.

Hopefully this means Sen. Schumer will do what President Biden has not: start over, reach across the aisle, and work with Republicans on addressing the real infrastructure needs of this country.
