Washington, DC – Today, Ways and Means Committee Chairman Dave Camp (R-MI) issued the following statement on the March jobs report.

“It is clear more must be done to strengthen this economy.  Washington’s number one focus must be on jobs and enacting policies that will actually help create sustained economic growth in this country.  That is why the Ways and Means Committee will start to move permanent tax relief in the coming weeks.  Doing so will give employers the confidence to plan and invest, and that will help workers get the jobs and raises they deserve.”
