Pursuant to House Rule XI(2)(g)(1), the motion for the Committee to go into executive session for consideration of referring for criminal prosecution Lois Lerner, the former IRS Director of Exempt Organizations, by the United States Attorney General was agreed to by a roll call vote of 23 yeas to 14 nays (with a quorum being present). 

The motion offered by Mr. Doggett was agreed to by unanimous consent

The motion for the Committee to submit the referral to the Honorable Eric H. Holder, Jr., Attorney General, of former Internal Revenue Services Exempt Organizations Division Director Lois G.
