WASHINGTON, D.C. – House Ways and Means Health Subcommittee Chairman Pat Tiberi (R-OH) today announced that the Subcommittee will hold a hearing entitled “Exploring the Use of Technology and Innovation to Create Efficiencies, Higher Quality, and Better Access for Beneficiaries in Health Care” on Wednesday, September 14, at 10:00 AM in room 1100 of the Longworth House Office Building. At the hearing, Members will discuss the role of innovation in the health care industry and learn how some hospitals and other health care providers are leveraging the power of technology to cut costs, increase efficiency, and improve care for all patients, particularly Medicare beneficiaries.
