Washington, DC- Moving quickly to get the Ways and Means Committee up and running, Chairman Dave Camp (R-MI) today announced the Chairman and the Republican members of the subcommittees for the 112th Congress.
“I congratulate the new members on each of the subcommittees, ” said Camp. “We have big challenges ahead of us to reinvigorate the economy and create jobs, pursue fundamental tax reform, repeal the job-killing health care law, expand our trade opportunities and improve our entitlement programs. These subcommittees will play a central role in crafting legislation on these issues. I have the utmost confidence in the chairmen and the members of each subcommittee to find solutions to these critical issues and restore Americans’ confidence in our government.”
