Last night, at a Democratic Fundraiser in Washington, DC, President Obama said his latest “jobs” proposal would, “add two percentage points to the GDP, and add as many as 1.9 million jobs, and bring the unemployment rate down by a full percentage point.” However, as Congress reviews the President’s latest proposal, it is worth examining previous predictions the Obama Administration has made about their “job-creating” stimulus policies compared with their actual record on job creation:
