“Today’s report confirms that ObamaCare continues to miss the mark. The Administration is a million short of its own goal for this month, and the young continue to reject ObamaCare. It is certain that next year more Americans will see their premiums skyrocket – on top of the millions of Americans who are seeing their hours and wages cut.”
