What They Are Saying: The One, Big, Beautiful Bill Delivers Pro-Growth Tax Relief Benefiting American Manufacturers, Workers, and Small Businesses

May 13, 2025

WASHINGTON, D.C. The One, Big, Beautiful Bill being marked up in the Ways and Means Committee today will deliver on the promises President Trump and Republicans made to the American people: pro-growth tax policies that benefit American manufacturers, workers, and small businesses. Policies like expanding and making permanent the 199A small business deduction at a rate of 23 percent, renewing 100 percent immediate expensing, research & development incentives, and the deduction for interest expenses with an additional 100 percent expensing for new factory construction and improvements in the U.S. – all will bring more economic growth, job creation, and opportunity to American communities.

Organizations focused on promoting American workers, manufacturing, and small businesses are speaking out in support of the Ways and Means Committee tax relief legislation.

“For the 96% of manufacturers that are organized as pass-through businesses, this bill is more than policy—it’s a path to growth.
