WASHINGTON, D.C. – In July, the Ways and Means Republican Tax Teams were hard at work, meeting with families, workers and small businesses across the country as the Committee keeps its focus on how to build on President Trump’s successful 2017 tax cuts as well as identify additional tax policy ideas that will shield Americans from the Biden-Harris Administration’s proposed $7 trillion tax hike. Last month, the Tax Teams held over 21 roundtables and listening sessions focused on delivering pro-growth, pro-family, and pro-worker tax policy next year.
