September 09, 2025

WASHINGTON, D.C. – President Trump’s working class tax cuts are making news. Media reports – including from local outlets around the country – are showing how the tax cuts deliver for workers, families, small businesses, and farmers in all 50 states, according to a recent study

“Taxpayers in every state from Missouri to Oregon and Georgia to Arizona will pay less in taxes than they ever have before. More money in their pocket will help Americans provide for their families after four years of inflation under Joe Biden and Washington Democrats,” said Ways and Means Committee Chairman Jason Smith (MO-08). “As Americans learn more about the tax cuts President Trump and Republicans in Congress delivered, they see how stopping the largest tax hike in American history and additional tax relief like no tax on tips, no tax on overtime, and no tax on Social Security, will benefit their families.”
