This bill requires the Social Security Commissioner to make publicly available online tools to allow individuals eligible for disability benefits to estimate the potential impact of earnings on the individual’s eligibility for, and amount of, benefits.

The “Save Community Newspaper Act of 2018” (H.R. 6377)

Sponsored by Reps. Erik Paulsen (R-MN) and Dave Reichert (R-WA)

The bill would modify applicable rules in order to allow additional time for community newspapers to fund the long-term liabilities of their pension plans.
