With Democrats struggling to advance their $3.5 trillion tax-and-spend agenda, Ways and Means Republicans will convene a roundtable titled “The Pinocchio Six: Examining Democrats’ Myths, Lies, and Debunked Claims about Taxes” on Wednesday, October 6^th at 12 PM ET.

THEMES FOR MEETING:

From handouts to the wealthy and large corporations, to tax increases on Middle Class Americans and small businesses, Democrats’ $3.5 trillion reckless tax and spending spree will kill jobs, worsen Bidenflation, hook a new generation of Americans into government dependency, and reverse the gains made for all Americans under the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act (TCJA).

The meeting will fact check Democrats’ false and misleading claims about TCJA and President Biden’s broken promises, including not to raise taxes on the middle class. Republicans will also discuss Democrats’ dangerous expansion of the welfare state, worsening Bidenflation that leaves American families behind, shipping of jobs overseas with higher taxes, and their attack on our investment infrastructure.
