Chairman Reichert has scheduled an organizational meeting of the Subcommittee on Human Resources to be held in 1100 Longworth House Office Building on Wednesday, February 27, 2013, at 2:00 P.M.  The scheduled hearing Increasing Adoptions from Foster Care, Including through the Adoption Incentives Program will begin immediately after the Organizational Meeting.
