September 14, 2016 — Blog    — Markup

The Ways and Means Committee today unanimously approved four bills that will improve the lives of workers and job creators, support our Olympians and Paralympians, and strengthen trade rules to prevent trafficking in cultural property that could fund terrorist activity.

As Ways and Means Chairman Kevin Brady (R-TX) said:

“Today’s markup is another example of our Committee’s dedication to advancing the priorities of the American people through a regular, open legislative process …

“This collection of targeted, bipartisan solutions will help address some significant challenges facing our communities.”
