On the impact The One, Big, Beautiful Bill will have on America’s working and middle-class families…

“Forty million families are going to benefit from an increased Child Tax Credit. Ninety-one percent of Americans will benefit from an increased standard deduction for a family – up to $31,500. This is how the majority of people will receive tax cuts. Waitresses, no tax on tips. Linemen, working overtime, no tax on overtime. Seniors, no tax on Social Security. These are all items that we’re delivering for the American people that the President campaigned on. And I am thrilled that that this Congress, the House and the Senate, finally delivered and didn’t wait till the last minute, and we did it by our timeline of July 4.”

On Democrats vote against the largest tax cut in American history and delivering on President Trump’s promises….

“This is a huge historic win for workers, farmers, families, small business owners. It’s the largest tax cut in US history, and it delivers for US citizens. Unfortunately, we saw the Democrats every step of the way try to slow down things, delay it, obstruct. We saw the Senate break a record for the longest vote-a-rama in history. We saw Hakeem Jeffries use his magic minute to speak for over eight hours, with a lot of comments that I said was ‘hogwash’, and unfortunately, they were opposing those waitresses… those welders, those nurses, those linemen, all the individuals that will be receiving major tax relief in this bill. This bill also cuts the most spending in U.S. history, and it’s the largest one-time investment in border security. It’s delivering on all of President Trump’s priorities and what he campaigned on and what he promised to the American voters.”
